Position Summary
The Office Associate II will be responsible for performing and monitoring a variety of general and complex administrative practices, policies, and procedures. This role will support and perform HR duties and grant management as requested by the department administrator. Key responsibilities include preparing purchase requisitions, miscellaneous disbursement vouchers, and travel authorizations. The Office Associate II will also provide support for 20 Faculty members, update and maintain appropriate calendars, maintain supplies and materials for the department, and provide administrative support and coordination for the Medical Physics Program Resident program. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Skill in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work effectively with management, team members and colleagues from other departments. Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking in a high pressure (short timeline for product deadlines) environment.
