Provides comprehensive support to pathologists within Anatomic Pathology. This role integrates clinical case coordination, academic and research support, tumor board and quality assurance (QA) activities, and administrative operations. The specialist serves as a technical resource for faculty, laboratories, and clients, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field (equivalent combination of education/experience (one year of education equals one year of experience) required.

  • Minimum 2 years in clinical or research pathology environment. Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LIS systems (CoPath, EPIC, Sunquest, Atlas). required

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. required

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, specimen handling, and digital pathology. required

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment. required

  • Experience in QA reporting. required

Preferred

  • 3+ years in clinical laboratory or academic pathology setting. preferred
