Job Summary

*Incumbent must work a percentage of time each week from an office within our footprint.*

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Content Specialist to create, curate, and evaluate content that supports the organization's sales strategies and programs. Ensuring such content is clear and consistent, easily accessible, kept up-to-date, and integrated into the organizations CRM tool. Creates content that drives consistency and efficiency, including modifying existing approaches and supporting new sales strategies. Skills in writing, editing, and strategic thinking enable the teammate to take a wide range of perspectives and distill information into easily understood content. The output from these efforts will enable a wide range of capabilities in the organization from supporting targeted sales strategies, achieving an accelerated sales process, and empowering the organizations digital capabilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Create

  • Provide differentiated content that aligns with company strategy and industry needs.
  • Collaboratively develop and source various forms of content that enables customer-facing teammates to achieve an accelerated sales process.
  • Determine the appropriate medium and channel to drive efficiency, scale, and speed.
  • Coordinates development and broadcasts updates to sales playbooks or field guides, sales presentations, proposal templates, ROI calculators, relevant marketing materials, and customer success content.

Curate

  • Maintain content libraries, source material, and other centralized truth centers that are available on-demand for both general and specific use-cases.
  • Collaborate on the identification of content needs to serve various areas of the business. Optimize content to enable customer journeys in both digital and in-person environments.
  • Maintain the content lifecycle by building review processes and ensuring that updates are fulfilled.
  • Source targeted content from internal and external subject matter experts.
  • Identifies content created or conceived by officers that should be packaged for use across teams.

Evaluate

  • Analyze the results of delivered content, providing thoughtful analysis on the channel, content, and audience response.
  • Solicit stakeholder feedback to inform the content creation and delivery channels.
  • Coordinate internal review by stakeholders and teams responsible for subject areas.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Ag-Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Business.

Years of Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Communication, Sales or Marketing. Experience in lending or crop insurance is preferred.
