Operating Room Supervisor Lead with Care, Serve with Compassion

Were seeking a hands-on clinical leader to join our Outpatient Surgery Center team. As the Operating Room Supervisor, you'll blend direct patient care with leadership responsibilitiessupporting daily OR operations, mentoring staff, and collaborating with physicians to ensure excellence in safety, quality, and outcomes.

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Deliver direct patient care in the OR, functioning as a Staff RN, including circulating and scrubbing.
• Coordinate specialty service linesmanage instruments, supplies, equipment, and surgical readiness.
• Supervise and support staff: oversee hiring, training, evaluations, and daily performance.
• Lead education efforts: support onboarding, skill development, and in-service training.
• Collaborate with physicians & leadership to optimize workflow, resource use, and patient outcomes.
• Ensure quality & safety through proactive problem-solving and process improvement.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in nursing Required

Experience Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in operating room Required and
• Previous supervisory or lead experience Preferred

Skills and Abilities

• Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without loss of efficiency or composure, and be able to perform under stressful conditions when confronted with multiple requests, demonstrating prioritizing skills.
• Surgical Scrub knowledge preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association Required and
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Required
