The job: 

The Multimedia Specialist is a creative force behind Buildertrendâ??s internal storytelling. Youâ??ll produce high-impact videos, photography and motion graphics that capture our culture, elevate our brand and showcase strategic initiatives and wins. Working closely with teams, leaders and community partners, this person brings ideas to life with hustle, professionalism and heart. The ideal candidate is a skilled visual creator with a sharp eye, strong project management chops and a passion for connecting people through content.

What you will do: 

• Create multimedia content for internal and external audiences, including photography, video, editing and motion design.

• Lead the multimedia production process from concept to delivery.

• Work closely with Corporate Communication team and stakeholders throughout planning, production and review processes.

• Deliver projects on time and on point.

• Manage and organize multimedia assets, upload content to hosting platforms, and use analytics to drive smarter engagement.

• Stay plugged into industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Team up with peers to keep our production equipment and studio organized and ready for action.

Who you are and what you need: 

• Bachelorâ??s degree required.

• 3-5 years of multimedia experience required.            

• Strong creative eye and the ability to produce high quality content that connects and inspires our people.

• Skilled with industry standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Technically adept in managing production equipment, technical audio and visual best practices.

• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
