HR Specialist
We have a career opportunity for a HR Specialist. As a HR Specialist you will be responsible for activities related to recruitment, pre-onboarding and supporting American Laboratories, LLC's (ALI) HR department tasks.
The specialist will be located in Omaha, working with different management levels and support personnel in other office locations.
The impact you will have:
o You will assist with recruiting and sourcing tasks for all positions
o You will perform administrative work, including maintaining HR files and databases
o You will post open positions, organize resumes and submit them following our process
o You will assist with scheduling prescreening exams, background checks and finalizing other pre-onboarding tasks
o You will assist with benefit administration, including enrollment processes and updates
What we are looking for:
o Associate's degree in a HR related field OR applicable experience in HR with a High School diploma or equivalent
o 3+ years related administrative experience
o 3+ years in a customer or employee service related role
o Proficient with Microsoft computer programs including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
o Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
o Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
