Position Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Location: Greater Omaha area (from Fremont to Bellevue)
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile (IRS rate)
- Pay: Up to $22.06/hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education
As an In-Home CNA, you will:
- Provide compassionate care to Immanuel Pathways Day Center participants in their homes
- Assist with personal care, mobility support, and light household tasks
- Travel between client homes using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Job Duties & Skills Required:
What You Will Do
Responsible for providing and assisting participants of Immanuel Pathways program with personal cares, activities of daily living, restorative, recreational programing and supportive care in the center and/or participants homes. Assists in monitoring and reporting participants health status and providing a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways.
Skills & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state in which he/she is employed.
Be at least 18 years of age.
One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.
Must have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
